When Cloud Ready's Zoho One renewal came due (several thousand dollars a year for a suite where only the CRM saw daily use), we built a native replacement inside the CRS site and cancelled the bundle.
It's modelled around how a distributor actually works. One companies table, typed vendor / reseller / MSP / end-user; an opportunity links both the selling partner and the end customer. The quote builder the team already used plugs straight in, so quotes link to opportunities, and the pipeline reflects real deals rather than a generic “account” field.
It sits alongside ChannelMeter as the second GeeIT-built platform running CRS day to day.
A daily CRM for the team, with an AI colleague that does the busywork.
Most CRMs are a database you feed. This one is modelled on the channel and comes with Sol, an agent that reads the inbox, drafts the emails, files the opportunities, and triages inbound leads before anyone has opened their laptop.
The CRM they actually work in.
- Opportunity pipeline as a stage-coloured kanban
- Companies and contacts typed to the channel
- A synced inbox: email logged against every record
- Tasks, activities and reminders that chase themselves
- The existing quote builder links straight to opportunities
Not a chatbot. A colleague that acts.
- Creates companies, contacts and opportunities on request
- Drafts emails prefilled from the record on screen
- Reads the synced inbox to answer “what’s the latest with X?”
- Triages inbound website leads into the pipeline every 15 minutes
- Shares one knowledge brain with the customer-facing “Ready” bot
Built around the business, not around a licence.
- Replaced a multi-thousand-dollar Zoho One renewal
- Modelled on the channel: vendor → reseller/MSP → end-user
- One opportunity links the selling partner and the end customer
- Xero, Twilio softphone and Teams meetings wired in
- The data lives in CRS's own stack, with no per-seat renewal
“Only the CRM saw daily use, so we rebuilt that one thing natively — modelled on the channel — and cancelled the renewal. Now an AI colleague runs the busywork inside it.”
