The Keepit Channel Manager, branded in-product as CRS ChannelMeter is the channel-management platform we built for Cloud Ready Solutions to run their Keepit distribution business.
The platform has three audiences and gives each one exactly the visibility they need. MSPs and resellers see live consumption and backup health for every one of their clients. The distributor (CRS) sees the channel end-to-end and invoices directly from the platform. The vendor (Keepit) gets visibility of how their Australian channel business is actually performing, in close to real time.
The result is months of consumption history, MSP billing, term licensing, security audit views, POC management and exportable reports, aligned with how the operations team already worked, surfaced in a single product.
